GAVIN SAMPSON
DIRECTOR
Chartered in 2003, Gavin is your go-to guy for all things surveying.
When he’s not busy with family life, you’ll probably find him at CrossFit, tearing up the trails on his mountain bike, or diving into anything car-related.
A self-confessed technophile, Gavin has a soft spot for the latest gadgets and is always up for a good DIY project. He enjoys tackling hands-on challenges, whether it’s upgrading his gear, fine-tuning his bike, or experimenting with new technology. With a curious mind and a passion for problem-solving, Gavin brings energy and expertise to everything he does.
STEVEN TAYLOR
DIRECTOR
Since becoming chartered in 2003, Steven has found a passion for mentoring new surveyors.
When he’s not spending time with his family or out with his dog, you’ll likely find him at the gym or participating in various sports—injuries permitting, of course! An avid fitness enthusiast, he enjoys staying active and pushing his limits.
Beyond his professional role, Steven also lends his expertise as the chairperson for the RICS APC assessment process, helping to guide and mentor the next generation of surveyors. Passionate about both his career and personal pursuits, he brings dedication and energy to everything he does.
MARTIN DALLEY
DIRECTOR
Martin qualified in 1993, throughout his career, he has covered all aspects of building surveying and is always on the go!
When he’s not busy sharing his surveying expertise, you’ll find him cycling, running, or taking part in endurance events (which, if you ask him, is just a great excuse to enjoy a well-earned beer afterwards).
A firm believer in pushing his limits, he thrives on both physical and professional challenges. Whether tackling a tough course or a complex project, Martin brings the same passion, energy, and determination to everything he does, making him a true force in both work and play.
BEN HUDSON
DIRECTOR
Ben became chartered in 2014, and joined INform Surveying in 2021. Our ‘Go-To Dilaps Guy’!
Ben enjoys looking after his flock of sheep, scrambling in the Lake District, and supporting his wife in dog agility competitions. He is also a keen follower of rugby, golf, and Formula 1.
He specialises in dilapidations, contract administration, and technical due diligence, alongside delivering core building surveying services. Ben also holds NEBOSH qualifications in Health and Safety management.
NICK CAMMACK
SENIOR SURVEYOR
Chartered in 2020, Nick brings a mix of expertise and personality to the team.
When he’s not assessing for the RICS APC process, you’ll likely find Nick out on the golf course, hitting a white ball around (with varying success). A dedicated Millers fan, he follows his team around the country with unwavering support.
Back at the office, Nick is known for providing harmonies to the office radio—whether anyone asked for them or not! With his blend of skill and good humour, Nick is always ready to keep things lively at work and beyond.
FELIX MITCHELL-HAMPSON
SENIOR SURVEYOR
Felix’s journey to becoming chartered started right here at INFORM, where part-time experience blossomed into a full graduate role.
Now a key part of the team, Felix has added some unique skills to his résumé—he’s also a qualified drone pilot, capturing impressive aerial views (and maybe the odd selfie).
Outside of work, Felix is passionate about travel and exploring new places. When he’s not flying drones or planning his next adventure, he enjoys quality time with his family and staying active with a good run.
AARON BENNETT
CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR
At the first attempt, Aaron chartered in 2024. Aaron is all about speed and adrenaline, with a passion for motorsport and fast cars.
He takes great pride in his own “machine,” keeping it in top shape for when he hits the road. A loyal season ticket holder at the Owls, you’ll often find him cheering them on, at home and away.
When he’s not at the stadium or working on his car, Aaron enjoys attending music concerts and festivals, soaking up the live atmosphere. Whether it’s revving engines or catching live tunes, Aaron brings that same energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Catherine is one of the newest members of the INform Surveying team, bringing her energy, enthusiasm, and fresh perspective to the table.
She loves unwinding with scenic dog walks, catching up with friends over drinks, and escaping to sunny destinations whenever she can. A true travel enthusiast, she’s always looking for her next adventure.
Known for her unique talent of falling asleep almost instantly as a passenger in the car, she’s guaranteed to be the first to doze off on a road trip! With her warm personality, Catherine is already making her mark at INform Surveying.

Olivia has been quick to show her enthusiasm for being a surveyor as she nears the end of university.
Olivia is all about making the most of her free time. She enjoys exploring new places and indulging in her love for cultural experiences, whether that’s through travel or diving into the latest trends.
A fan of staying active, Olivia finds balance through fitness and wellness activities. Known for her keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation, she’s always up for a challenge.
Olivia is always keen to be involved and is the first to put her hand up. She is making a real impact at INform.

As Jon moves into his final year of study, he has gained invaluable ‘on the job’ experience working part-time at INform Surveying.
Jon has a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—though he admits he’s still working on mastering the techniques.
Between intense training sessions at the gym, studying, and raising a young family, he’s a man of many pursuits, and nothing phases him.
He’s also learning Romanian, though he’s still adjusting to the locals’ unique custom of salting their beer glasses. With his adventurous spirit, Jon embraces every challenge with enthusiasm.

Laura is a dedicated Residential Surveyor who combines her professional expertise with a passion for the outdoors. She takes a client-focused approach, ensuring clear, practical advice tailored to individual needs.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys exploring scenic walking trails—ideally those that lead to a welcoming pub.
Recently, she has been making the most of her new soft-top car, embracing every chance to take it for a drive.
A lifelong Sheffield United supporter from afar, she also appreciates winding down with a well-earned glass of wine, striking the perfect balance between work and leisure.
