At Inform Surveying, we firmly believe our people are our greatest asset. We take immense pride in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, and we view talent development as a cornerstone of our success. This commitment to our employees is reflected in the recent promotion of Felix Mitchell Hampson to Senior Surveyor.
Felix’s story is a testament to the Inform Surveying training ethos. He joined us part-time in 2017 while pursuing his Building Surveying degree at Sheffield Hallam University. He excelled in his studies and embraced the company’s training structure to become Chartered at the earliest opportunity.
The Inform Way
Following Felix’s blueprint, the business now embraces the same strategy to train the next generation of building surveyors. This has recently included Aaron Bennett, who will sit his APC this Autumn, and Catherine Kebell, who has progressed onto a Graduate training scheme after joining the company as a trainee. Olivia Sharp and Jon Davenport have recently joined the company to begin their careers while completing their university studies.
To quote Felix, “From day one, I felt supported and encouraged to push my boundaries. The training and mentorship I received were invaluable in helping me achieve Chartered status. I’m hugely excited to continue contributing to this company’s success as a Senior Surveyor.”
