SIG PLC instructed us to refurbish one of their building plastics branches in Essex.
As highly experienced contract administrators, we took the lead in planning and managing the project. We also provided a detailed Schedule of Condition before occupation.
Our role included relocating SIG’s local window supplier branches into an adjoining industrial unit. In addition, the Schedule of Condition report was appended and referenced to the new lease to offer protection to SIG as tenants.
The project was time-sensitive, and we attended numerous meetings and site inspections and made regular monitoring visits to make sure we were running to the programme.
