We were instructed to procure the refurbishment of five Industrial units following the settlement of dilapidations claims with the outgoing tenants.
We produced a detailed schedule of works and invited contractors to tender for the project. We then managed the contract to procure the works over a 15-week period. The project included wholesale refurbishment in preparation for re-letting the buildings.
We undertook a full schedule of dilapidations and negotiated on behalf of the landlord. Following the settlement, we produced a full specification and full detailed drawings to obtain accurate quotations.
The works were managed under a JCT Intermediate form of contract. We also ensured total compliance with Building Regulations and CDM 2015 Regulations.
