A full Building Survey report with remedial budget costs was produced. The document included a schedule for those items needing repair, the preferred method of repair and priority order. We also provided a detailed financial estimate for listed items.
The property was in a poor state of disrepair, so it was essential to inspect it forensically. We paid particular attention to those areas hidden under years of debris and decaying decoration.
This level of detail ensured we could assess which jobs should take priority, including what impact the method of repair or renovation would have on the project budget.
