We procured and managed the various trades throughout the refurbishment process, ensuring the programme and design requirements were met and the project was delivered in good time for the beginning of the new season.
This refurbishment was the first phase of a refurbishment programme at the stadium, and we were conscious that effective project delivery – from a budget, time and quality perspective, was vital.
We made regular site visits, ensuring everything was on track with the specified design. We were delighted with the opportunity to work with the club, who were equally happy with the result.
