We were instructed to carry out photographic Schedules of Condition for several residential properties in Lowdham, Nottinghamshire. The Schedules were commissioned ahead of the Environment Agency flood defence works at the Cocker Beck.
We inspected each property, photographing building elements and highlighting existing defects. After inspections were completed, we compiled detailed reports as an evidential record in the event of a future dispute.
We carried out a full external and internal inspection, utilising high-resolution drone imagery where appropriate.
This project was highly time-sensitive as the inspections needed to happen before construction work started.
By undertaking the inspections when we did, we ensured that both the client and residents were reassured that in the unlikely event proposed works caused damage, a detailed schedule could be referred to and any disputes comfortably resolved.
