The team at Inform Surveying has been appointed as overarching Project Consultant to a Sheffield based property developer on a prominent residential development scheme in Sheffield.
The development, due to be complete in the summer of this year, will see the erection of 6 residential units in a popular area of Sheffield.
As Project Managers, Inform will have overall responsibility for delivering the project on time and on budget. Acting as independent technical experts, the team will deal with all aspects of the construction process; from tender documentation, construction contracts and control procedures, Party Wall implications, to obtaining statutory consents – to make sure all the parties’ needs are met.
The new development will provide eco-designed accommodation for six families, with spacious kitchen-dining and family areas to each property, making a great addition to the area and improving the quality of family housing locally.
As part of the project, special consideration will be needed in respect of the Party Wall Act 1966 (PWA) to make sure the development proceeds with due consideration to neighbouring properties and compliance with the terms of the Act.
Inform’s appointment on the new development builds on experience over the past few years working with clients in the residential development sector, including two other recent sites within the local area.
