Inform Surveying launch residential department – Inhouse – with the lead appointment of Laura Charlesworth ARICS.
Laura joins Inform to head up the new department to concentrate on RICS homebuyers, valuations and building surveys. Laura has nine years of chartered experience working for Countrywide Surveys and locally at independent property companies. However, her experience within the residential estate agency sector stretches over 20 years.
Laura said, “Working with a niche surveying practice with the opportunity to grow a team is very exciting. I am excited about the challenge this role will set for me. I love providing personal service to my clients, which fits perfectly with the ethos of Inform Surveying.”
Co-owner Martin Dalley commented, “We have helped residential clients through our Party Wall services and Level 3 Building Surveys for years, but we have never found the right surveyor to lead the service offering and department.”
